When the Winter going begins gets tough in New Jersey the tough get going – straight to Puerto Rico. Here’s a killer litte drop we recently received from the team of filmer Max Goldberg and south Jersey ripper, Paul Franciso who seem to have the pace wired. Heres Max’s take on it all and push play for a little Island Of Enchantment pick me up which we all coukd use right about now poised on the cusp of another East Coast winter and all that gnarly weather it will surely bring. “We haven’t reached out in a while with anything but we finally have something we recently put together. Myself and Paul Francisco and I went down to his house in Puerto Rico and got the tail end of a pretty good swell. Our trip was a bit of a chaotic one. We had a ton of flight issues getting down to PR as we had just left that crazy cold storm hitting New Jerse. We finally got down to La Isla and went straight from Base Ramey Aguadilla airport to the beach to shoot the best day of the swell. Shortly after that first session, Paul ended up getting pretty sick but he powered through best he could and we ended up scoring and filming some pretty fun waves at his home away from home. Paul’s been picking up some steam and we’re hoping to keep it going living the surfing Loca Vida along the sun soaked shores of Borinquen and beyond”. – Max Goldberg –
